Doula Services:
A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
A woman preparing for childbirth needs complete support from a doula she can trust. She needs someone who will be there for her mentally, physically, and emotionally to help her transition into motherhood in the most wholistic wholesome way.
As a doula, I am deeply honored by each family that invites me to share with them their sacred time.
Services Include:
Birth preparation visits, informational guidance, phone/email support; physical, mental, emotional support; hands on / massage / accupressure, aromatherapy, reiki, meditations / visualizations, full labor presence, photography, post partum.
Also offering: Blessingway rituals for moms to be.
I offer two or three prenatal visits, as well as unlimited phone/email communication and complete labor presence and support throughout labor and birth.
I will stay with you 1 or 2 hours postpartum to help with establishing breastfeeding and to answer any questions.
We will meet again a week or two after the birth to go over your experience and to help with any other questions.
(Upon your desire) I can also capture beautiful photos for you during your birth.
