Through the principles of Somatic Sex Education, this offering supports you in exploring pleasure, presence, and trust in a safe, consensual, and trauma-informed container. Together, we create space for you to attune to your body’s language, unwind tension, reclaim agency, and reconnect with the erotic current that is uniquely yours.
Each session may include:
• Intentional touch and guided breathwork
• Consent-based sensual massage
• Nervous system regulation and grounding practices
• Womb or pelvic presence (non-invasive and always client-led)
• Sacred witnessing and integration.
