We begin the ice bath session with introductions, sharing goals and intentions for the session. Then I will explain the philosophy and the research behind the method and I will show you the way to do the Wim Hof Breathwork. Then we will proceed with the Breathing exercises that will prepare your body and mind for the ice immersion. Once ready, you will be immersed into an ice bath for a number of minutes, depending on what your personal goal is. After the ice bath, once you warm up, we will have a chance to process your experience. The session typically lasts around an hour and a half.
